Housing and urban life are essential for city centers, as they guarantee a vibrant, diverse and sustainable community. They attract residents, stimulate the local economy and support businesses. Quality housing improves quality of life, reduces commuting times and promotes social cohesion. A mix of residential, commercial and recreational spaces creates a dynamic urban environment, encouraging investment and urban revitalization. Furthermore, well-planned urban living supports sustainable development and the efficient use of resources, contributing to the overall health and functionality of the city. It is important to densify our city centers.
